Project Overview
The basic purpose of the platform is to provide door step delivery of essential items at any point of the day and night. The Pine Express team has a very strong delivery network in their area of operation and can service online order requests within a very short span of time. The app hinges on simple straightforward flow to buy items within 3-4 clicks. The users can also monitor the delivery of their order in real time from within the app.

Our PoA
This project involves 2 separate user types - One is the normal customer and the other is the Delivery Driver. So each user has their own interface and set of features. The Drivers have a separate app which is used for this purpose. The server regularly pings the exact location of the driver to the customer. The challenge here was to update the location in real time and send it across to the customer even when the customer is not using the app. This was achieved with great success with the driver app being connected to the server in such a way to relay this information possible.
