Project Challenges
As an in-house IoT product, one of the biggest challenges was designing and building an ecosystem where physical hardware and software could work together seamlessly in real time. The platform needed to communicate with existing IP cameras and physical replay devices, process continuous video streams, identify the relevant moments, and make those replays available to users with minimal delay. Beyond the real-time experience, we also needed to build a reliable management layer capable of supporting multiple courts, sports facilities, analytics, AI-powered highlights, cloud storage, and offline scenarios. This required us to think beyond conventional software development and create an architecture that could connect IoT devices, video processing, AI, backend services, and web interfaces into one scalable product.
